Linsey Lam, 13 of Closter, was crowned Kids Baking Championship winner in the final episode on Monday.

Lam's creation was a chocolate cake with coconut filling and raspberry buttercream.

She will be taking home the grand prize of $25,000. During the episode, she and another contestant discussed what they would do with the money if they won.

Lam said she wanted to buy a Maltese.
